Jacqueline visited with us today and talked to us about how the local libraries are focussing on empathy in the month of June. Our pupils learned what empathy is and how to empathetic towards others.
We also explored different feelings and when we might need to be empathetic towards others when they are experiencing negative feelings of stress, worry, anxiety and nervousness. We can be mindful of how we are feeling and look after our minds and wellbeing.
