🐣🌼 Easter Fun at St James’s Nursery Unit! 🌼🐣

1st Apr 2026

We’ve had such a lovely build‑up to Easter in nursery, filled with excitement, creativity, and lots of springtime smiles.

The children loved creating their Easter bonnets, using colourful craft materials (and even a few fluffy chicks!). Each bonnet was wonderfully unique, and it was so sweet watching the boys and girls proudly show off their creations — and admire their friends’ too.

Of course, Easter wouldn’t be complete without an egg hunt! Wearing their beautiful bonnets, the children took part in our Bunny Hop Easter Egg Hunt in the outdoor area. Chocolate eggs were hidden all around, and the children had great fun searching high and low to find them.

We are also incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the generosity of our nursery families, we raised £110 for Trócaire as part of our Easter fundraiser. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed — your kindness will make a real difference. 💛

We hope everyone enjoyed the Easter celebrations as much as we did. It has been a joyful end to the term, and we’re looking forward to more lovely moments together after the break.
