To celebrate World Environment Day, we had a very special visitor, Noel from Arc21.
The children were excited to learn about what happens to our waste and how we can help to look after the environment. Noel shared lots of interesting information in a fun and engaging way, which the children really enjoyed.
We then took part in some hands-on activities. The children made their own sustainable plant pots using newspaper and planted sunflower seeds in them 🌻. We also created grass heads, which the children are very excited to take home and watch grow! 🌱
It was a lovely day full of learning, creativity, and opportunities to think about how we can care for our world. 🌍💚
