We had our first 'Careers and Crackers' event for our Year 7 children today. Katherine is a mum in our school community and she was the first to volunteer when we called for support for the venture. She is a bio-medical scientist. Katherine presented by power point all about her job. The children asked some interesting questions and learned lots. Mrs Lavery supplied the crackers cheese and grapes. A great start to a new initiative! Thank you Katherine!
