A huge thank you to Jessica and her team from Chest Heart and Stroke who came to deliver the Heartley’s Heroes assembly to Years 1-7. The assembly focused on how to keep your heart healthy by eating healthily, being active and getting a good night’s sleep. It was super engaging and encouraged us all to think about what we need to do to stay healthy.
