To finish off our Shared Education programme we went to V36 park for snacks and playtime together. Then we went to Abbeylands Care Home to present the residents with some planters that we had prepared together last week. The children also sang 2 songs and received ice lollies as a thank you from the Care Home staff. It was a great final day out with our new friends at Whitehouse PS.
