Mr Mc Namee’s class went on a fun trip to Pizza Express in Bedford St. Belfast. Carl, the pizzaiolo, was there to greet us and take us upstairs to the room where we could all wash our hands and get dressed in an apron and hat. Carl helped us to flatten the dough balls and top them with tomato paste and Mozzarella cheese before they went into the ovens. Every child got their own takeaway pizza and we all agreed that it was delicioso!
