P3 Trip to Ulster Museum

6th Jun 2025
The children in P3 had a wonderful day at Ulster Museum. We started by visiting the Discover History room where children were told about armour from the Middle Ages  before being invited to dress up and look at displays showing life in the past. After that we were met by the resident artist Colleen who explained and discussed 4 beautiful artworks from the Gallery and after that we went to the workshop area to make our own parakeets out of paper and tape. We also went on a tour of the museum’s other exhibits and the children’s favourites were Takabuti (the Egyptian mummy) and some glowing crystals. We had a ball!
