PSNI Community Visit โ€“ People Who Help Us ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿš“

24th Apr 2026

As part of our ongoing topic, “People Who Help Us,” we were delighted to welcome PSNI community constables Tom, Harry and Michael to our Nursery.

The visit was a wonderful learning experience for our children, helping them to understand the important role police officers play in keeping us safe within our community. The constables spoke to the children about how they help people and how the police are someone we can always go to for help.

The children were especially excited to try on police uniforms, giving them a handsโ€‘on opportunity to explore what police officers wear while at work. One of the highlights of the visit was getting to see the police car.

This visit helped build positive relationships between our Nursery children and local community helpers, supporting their understanding of safety and encouraging confidence in recognising safe adults.

We would like to thank Constables Tom, Harry and Michael for taking the time to visit our Nursery and for providing such an enjoyable and meaningful experience for our children.
