We were delighted to welcome Arlene and Zelda from the Livestock and Meat Commission (LMC) to teach us all about farm quality assured meat. We learned to look out for the farm quality assured logo to find meat that comes from local farms that have had to prove that they care for their animals and take care of our environment. Our Eco Council were thrilled to hear how farms protect themselves so that future generations can benefit from our wonderful countryside. A workshop that was both educational and delicious!
