Our Y7s were busy learning some lifesaving skills through the Restart a Heart Live Lesson. We learned some important skills, including the correct technique and pace which we should use when performing CPR. We also learned how to operate a defibrillator in the event that we would need to. Remember DR ABC and don’t be scared of the defibrillator!
