Yesterday evening, our very own Roisin McAuley was presented with her Young Writer awards from the president of the Newtownabbey Rotary Club, Mr Peter Watson. Roisin recently entered Newtownabbey Rotary Club’s Young Writer competition and not only won the Club competition in the Junior section, but she was also placed third in the all-Ireland District competition! A huge achievement from a very talented young writer. Well done, Roisin!
